About Chenxi (Alison)

I’m Chenxi Li, a Columbia University master’s student in instructional technology and learning design, focused on AI adoption, workflow enablement, and enterprise implementation.

My background is in instructional design, where I learned how to translate complex knowledge into structured learning experiences, behavior-change supports, and measurable outcomes. I now apply that foundation to enterprise AI adoption: helping teams move from AI experimentation to real workflow integration, employee enablement, and responsible use.

I’m especially interested in the implementation layer between technology and people: use-case discovery, workflow mapping, onboarding, documentation, stakeholder communication, role-based training, and adoption metrics.

My career direction is toward AI implementation, product adoption, customer success, professional services, and AI enablement roles. I’m drawn to work that helps organizations turn AI tools into practical workflows, trusted user practices, and measurable business outcomes.

Across my projects, I focus on designing systems that make complex tools easier to understand, adopt, and use responsibly.

AI Adoption & Workflow Integration

I map how AI tools fit into real tasks, roles, decision points, and team workflows.

Responsible AI Use

II build reflection, review, and accountability structures into learning and workflow design.

Enablement & Product Adoption

I design onboarding, training, documentation, and support systems that help users adopt new tools and behaviors.
